Dietary survey is a complementary service to HMA. The DS is a computer-based questionnaire that breaks down food consumed to 45 nutrients, including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
The personal suggested optimum intake and supplementation requires is based on specific characteristics (e.g., height, weith, age, frame size, and activity.) It also includes a Stress Assessment and offers information about the patient's lifestyle , eating habits, and metabolic types.
